Principal Psychologist

I believe that you are the foremost expert in your life, and that with good support you have within you everything needed to overcome life’s challenges. We all just need a helping hand sometimes… I’m committed to creating a safe and comfortable space where we can work as equals to solve the problems getting in the way of you living a rich and meaningful life.

I have worked in a broad range of settings supporting clients one-on one and through group coaching to overcome life challenges and to develop the psychological flexibility they need to be well and thrive. I am passionate about supporting people experiencing workplace issues and challenges in their professional life. I also have a keen interest in working with athletes, be they recreational, competitive or elite, to help them to overcome challenges and achieve peak performance.

I'm also proud to have served in the armed forces, and in my capacity as a RSL Welfare Officer, I'm privileged to have the opportunity to support other veterans and ex-service men and women as they adjust to life after their service has ended.
